pursuant to the said Act of Parliament at the General Quarter Session
aforesaid on the said Thursday the fifth day of May in the Thirty first
Year aforesaid by the said Justices nominated and appointed
Surveyor or Supervisor of the Parishes of Saint George in the East and
Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the said County of Middlesex
within the Jurisdiction of the said Quarter Session being one of the
fourteen Districts appointed as aforesaid And that the said
William Mason< no role > immediately after his said Nomination and
Appointment took the Oath prescribed by the said Act for the true
and Impartial Execution of the said Office Given under my Hand
this 26th.. day of May 1791.
