of Two Pounds Twelve Shillings and fit pence
of the Defendant by the hands of Mr. Lyous one
of his Bail Which Jackson Pedge to be Full
Satisfaction for the Damages and Costs in this Cause
and I Consent on behalf of the Prosecutor That
the Deft may be Discharged from the Indictment
Preferred against him and that all further
Proceedings therein may be Stayed Dated 15th. day
