For an Assault

Michael Murphy< no role > of Broad Street Bloomsbury
in the County of Middlesex Labourer maketh Oath and
Saith that he this Deponent did on Wednesday the ninth
Day of February Instant Serve a Copy of the annexed
Notice at the last known Lodgings of the above named
Prosecutor Countries Leary [..] (to wit) at a
public house in Angel Street St. Martin Le Grand
in the City of London by delivering the same to and
Leaving it with the waiter or a person who said
he was waiter in said House and that he this
Deponent did hear the Landlord of Said House
on his being enquired for about the said Prosecutors
Lodgings or place of Residence say that he did not
where the went to and that he would he did for that he
was in his Debt [..] and would wish
therefore to find him out but that he did not expect at
as he the said prosecutor ran away from his house
and no Body knew where to
