Maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent was
on the Twenty seventh day of May instant Present by
and did see Edward Smith< no role > of Little Peckham near
Ton bridge in the County of Kent Farmer duly Sign
Seal and as his Act and Deed Deliver the General
Release Written on the other side hereof And this
Deponent Saith that the Mark or Cross set and
Subscribed Opposite to the Seal of the said General
Release is of the proper Hand of and Made by the
said Edward Smith< no role > and that the Names Edwd.

to the due Execution of the said General Release
