Know all Men by these Presents That I Edward Smith< no role > of
Little Peckham near Tonbridge in the County
of Kent Farmer for and in Consideration of the sum of
three pounds, thirteen shillings and Six Pence to me
in hand paid at or before the making and delivery of these
[..] the receipt where of I do hereby Acknowledge
have Remised Released and for ever quitt claimed and by these presents
do Remised Release and for ever quitt claime unto John Smith< no role > late
of the Liberty of the Rolls in the County of
Middlesex Labourer
his Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills
Bonds Writings Obligatory Debts, Dues Duties Accompts Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements Indictments Executions Extents Quarrells Controversies
Trespasses Damages and Demands Whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said John Smith< no role >
Iever had and which I myHeirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing
whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my Hand and Seal
