To the Worshipful His Majestis's Justices of the
peace of the County of Middlesex in their General
Quarter Session of the peace for the said County
Assembled.

The humble Petion and Appeal of
the Churchwarens and overseers of the poor
of the Parish of St. Peter in the Town of Derby

Sheweth

That by an order under the hands and seals of N. Conant
and J. Barnfather Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
in and for the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 26th day of June 1789 Mary Swindall< no role > was
removed and Conveyed from the parish of St. Mary le Bone
in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of St. Peter
in the Town of Derby as the place other last legal settlement
whereby your petitioners think themselves aggrieved and
appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray they
this Court will please to appoint a Time for
hearing and determining the said appeal and
that all persons concerned may them Attend

And your Petitions shall ever pray Etc.
