The Humble Petition and appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Peter in the Town
of Derby
Sheweth
That by an Order unde the Hand and
Seals of N. Conant and J. Barnfather Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
in and
for the said County and where of being of the
Quorum being Date the 24th. Days of June
1798 St Mary Sandwell Susanna Wigley< no role >
Widow
of James Wigley< no role >
was removed and conbeyed from
the Parish of Saint Mary le Bone
in the said
County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint
Peter in the Town of Derby as the Place of
her last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioner think themselves aggriesed and
appeal to this Court against the same
Your Petitioner there fore humbly
Pray that this County will please it
appoint a Time for hearing and
determining the said appealed and
that all persons coni [..] may
then attend
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
