Middlesex , towit, Court of Session held at the Session
House on Clerkenwell Green on the Seventh day of
September 1789.

On the Prosecution of Michael Lynch< no role >
for a Nusance

Patrick Leonard< no role > of Virginia Street
in the Parish of Saint George in the East in the
County of Middlesex one of the above named
Defendants in the above prosecution maketh Oath
and saith That he this Deponant through Ignorance
and not knowing the custom and practice of this
Worshipful Court has Omitted to give Notice and inter
his venire in Order to try his Traverse to the Bill of
Indictment preferred against him and his said wife
at the January Session last holden for the said
County by the said Michael Lynch< no role > But that this
Deponent Saith he is willing and desirous to enter his
said venire and try his said Traverse provided the
said Court will permit him so to do though should
not the Court be disposed to grant this Deponent
that leave This Deponent humbly begs leave to respect
his Recognizances until the next Session of the peace
to be holden in and for the said County.
