Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint James within the
Liberty of Westminster
in the said County
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order under the
Hands and Seals of

two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the County
of Middlesex
aforesaid (one being of the Quorum) bearing
date the 20th. day of June 1789

was removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint John at Hackey
in the said County to the
said Parish of Saint James
as the place of his last legal
Settlement Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal
to this Court against the Adjudication of
the said two Justices and their said Order
and pray that your Worships will be
pleased to appoint a Day to hear and
determine the said Appeal.
And your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc.
