should not further Prosecute such Convictions, and lastly this Deponent
Saith that he did on the fifteenth day of April instant serve the said
William Hyde< no role > Esquire with two several Notices in Writing purporting
that the said Thomas West< no role > did intend to appeal from the said
Convictions at the present General Quarter Session of the Peace for
the said County of Middlesex agreeable to his Recognizance entered
into by him and his Sureties by delivering to and leaving such
respective Notices with the Clerk of the said William Hyde< no role > Esquire
at his House in Saint Martins Street Lrecester Square.
