OFFICE OF CLERK OF THE PEACE,
Session-House, Clerkenwell-Green,
23d, March, 1789 .

YOU were bound for the appearance of Thomas Saunders< no role > and
John Knight< no role > at December
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, who
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying; 80 Pounds
on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the Session-House aforesaid
on Tuesday the Twenty-first Day of April next.

Be there between the Hours of
Ten and Three; and bring
this Letter with you.}
