Resolved it appears to this Committee that the
Certificates and Affidavits of the Surveyors of the several
Districts in this County of their having duly surveyed Buildings
and Party Walls are not regularly Filed with the Clerk of the
Peace for this County as directed by the said Act and that this
Committee are of Opinion that in very marry Cases Buildings
are neither Surveyed or Certified-

Resolved there fore that it be recommended
to His Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County in Session
assembled to convene the Surveyors of the several Districts in
this County before them and that they be informed of the several
matters abovementioned and desired to answer the same-
