To the Justices of the County of Middlesex
The following demand being part of Mc Lero ax's accounts is referr'd
for their approbation of the Specific Sum to be annex'd thereto in
Conformity to their observations on the last County day [..] that he
should be liberally Rewarded for the [..] attention he had
shewn in the course of this Business for More than 3 Years and for
his disappointment, after having been appointed in the Year 1781
to Conduct the Concern as Architect [..] disappointed of the same
on the Year 1786.
In the Years 1785 and 1786
When the Second Committee was appointed for the above
purpose, and to apply Designs to the Grounds purchased
of Mc Jervoise Clarke
Method Sing, Alluring various times & [..]
divers [..] parts and applying the Designs Marked
No 1 to a larger Shot than they were originally intended for
also Designing the Infirmary and Lodge and adapting
the situation to the purchased Ground and making Compl [..]

Necessary Enquires, Composing and drowing up
several times minutes, the de [..] tion of the several
Materials and Workmanship, and making an
Accounts Estimate of the whole, various attendances
on the Committee appointed I on the Court.
