The Select Come. appointed the having reported that they find it
a necessary parts of the Contracts which are preparing to offer
publicly to Contractor, that it should be stated at what pireads
and by what installment the amount of any Contract should be
paid-and that the Comn. Concieve no power is given by the
order of reference to make such statements, and the Comn.
humbly praying the same may be taken into consideration and
such ar order be made as to the Sessions may appear right

Resolved

That the Selects Comn. Etc be empowerd to
insects in the Contract such modes of pogments
as appears to them most expediants and for the
interest and benefit of the County
