Thomas Parrott< no role > of Mite End Old Town in the County of
Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and saith that he was
present on the Twenty fourth day of August instant and
did See a true Copy of the Notice Annexed delivered unto
the above named prosecutor who Accepted the same as
a good Notice and sayed he would give the same to Mr.
Eccleston his Attorney And further Saith that he hath
this day seen the said Prosecutor and the said Mr.
Ecclestone (who Act as his Attorney) together who again
sayed that they Accepted of the said Notice so served and
were ready to Appear and prosecute this Cause of this
Honourable Court would permit this Cause to be tried
at this Present Session
