Take Notice that I the said John Edge Tomlinson< no role > intend to appear at the next
General Session of the peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex at the Session house
in and for the said County of Monday the Twenty Eighth day of August instant at
Eight of the Clock in the Morning and then and there prosecute my plea of Misnombr
to the above Indictment with Effect Cried unless you Reply to the said Plea
the said Court will be moved that the said Indictment may be Quashed Dated.
