The Chairman having laid before the Court a Letter which
he had received from Jacob Leroux< no role > Esq inclosing his
demand on the County for the trouble loss of time and Expences
which had been at in forming plans descriptions and
Estimates for a New House of Correction for this County

Resolved that the Consideration thereof be adjourned
till the County Day of the next Session
