do Remise Release and for Ever quitt clayme unto Sarah Clay< no role >
Wife of Thomas Clay< no role > of the same Place
her Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action Suits, Bills,
Bonds, Writing, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Controversies,
Trepasses Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equaity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said Sarah Clay< no role >
I ever had and which I or my Heirs
