Storen from him from slow
aforesaid and the
above named Thomas Milford< no role >
having been
apprehended in the County of Middlesex
on Justicion
of being the Person who committted the said Felony
this Deponent was bound over to prosecute the
said Thomas Milford< no role >
for the said Felony but this
Deponent on Enquiry not being able to learn
whether he was bound over to Prosecute the
Prisoner in the County of Middlesex
or in the
County of Bucks
where the said Felony was
committed this Deponent respected that she said
Prisoner would be removed to the then next
Assizes for the said County of Bucks
an this
Deponent accordingly attended at the said
assizes at Ailesbury
for the Purpose of
Prosecuting the Prisoner but the Prisoner not
being brought there according to this Deponents
Expectation and this Deponent being likewise
informed that he was dead, this deponent-
thought there was no necessity for him to
