A particular a discription of the intended Manner of erecting and finishing the Buildings &
forming the Yards on th [..] & other accommodation being also lan before the Court by the Comtee and read and
debated upon It was

Resolved That the same together with the necessary Measures for carrying thesaid
plan
whole into execution be taken into Consideration on the County
day of the next Session and that in the mean time the
particular or description thereof which has now been laid before
the Courtby the Committee [..] be lodged in the Offfice
of the Clerk of the Peace for this County for the inspection & Consideration of
the Magistrates of this County And that a circular Letter
be sent by the Clerk of the Peace to The Majestys Justices
of the Peace for this County giving Notice thereof

Resolved that notice be given in the publick near paper
previous to this next Sess: that his Majys Just of the peace will
on Thursday the Twenty Second day of April next being the [..] Day proceed to
the conscon of the [..] . Matters respectives the [..] Horrs:

Resolved That a Bill be prepared to be presented
to Parliament To Enable The Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex to raise a Sum of Money by way
of Annuty or Tontine for the purpose of Building an House
of Correction for the said County

Resolved That William Mainwaring< no role > Esq Chairman
of the Session Sir Herbert Mackworth< no role > Bart & Wm Bleamire< no role >
Esq be a Committee to prepare the said Bill and to proceed
to carry the same through Parliament

Resolved That the Thanks of this Court be given
to the Committee for preparing a plan for a House of Correction be
for their great care and diligent attention to that Business &
particularly to the Revd. Dr Glasse for the Able and accurate manner
in which he has drawn up the Report of their proceedings

The following Report from the Committee
appointed "to Consider the Allegations contained in a
petition delivered by Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. Contractor for conveying
Vagrants in through and out of this County and all other
Circumstance's relative to the passing of Vagrants as they
may think proper" being laid before the Court and
