Mr Gibbs Called in the behavior

increased of late and desired him to State
to the Court the reason Mr Gibbs said it was
owing to the great number of persons that were ill
being upon the Average above 30s. A Motion
was made that it be referred to the
Committee appointed (Vaj Cor ) to Cameda
here the same may be prevented in future
