To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Benedict alias Bennett Fink London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant of Order under the hands
and Seals of Nathaniel Conant< no role > and William Bleamire< no role > Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace acting in and for the said
County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the twelfth
day of December one thousand seven hundred and eighty five
Fanny Winslow< no role > Singlewoman was removed and conveyed from
and out of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the Barrs
in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Benedict alias Bennett Fink as the place of the last legal
Settlement of the said Fanny WinslowWhereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray that the benefit of their said Appeal
may be saved unto them and the hearing
and determining thereof adjourned unto
the next General Session of the Peace to be
holden for the said County.

And your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc
