Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Stephen Walbrook

Esqr. Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
Acting
in and for the County of Middlesex
by an Order under
their hands and Seals Respectively bearing date the
the third Day of December 1785 Directed to the
Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty of Saffron hill
Halton Garden and Ely Rents
in the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn
in the County of Middlesex
Did
thereby Require them to Remove and Convey Mary
Nutcher< no role >
Wife
of Francis Nutcher< no role >
(who had deserted
her) into the said Parish of St. Stephen Walbrook
.
That your Petitioners apprehem and are advised
That they are greatly aggrieved by the said Order of
Removal And
Therefore your Petitioners humbly appeal
against the Same And pray That your
Worships will please to make Such Order
therein as shall be just and Reasonable.
And your Petition shall ever pray Etc
