Twenty fifth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Third King of Great Britain and

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint James in the Liberty of
Middlesex have in the County of Middlesex have Notice of
this Appeal and that they and all Parties concerned do
attend this Court on Thursday the 15th. Day of September
Instant by Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and
abide the Judgement and Determination of hear and
touching this Appeal
