That the Ground in the Front of the said Session House
should be inclosed with Oak Posts and double Rails framed into the same
with Rails to open for the Carriages with profier Footways through or
across the same Ground and a Whipping Post fixed upo in the Center
thereof

That it is the Opinion of the Committee that the present
Store Room and Stairs together with part of the Arcude next the Hall
should be jouned together for a Grand Jury Room

That Stone Stairs should be formed to go up under the
Clerks Stair Case from a Vestibule below where the Stone Stains now are

That an Enclosure should be made over the open space
of the Sub Hall for a Lobby (connected by an Arch with the present Passage)
between the present Jury Room and the New one (lighted from the Great Hall)
and the Present Room under the Court to be considered as a Waiting
Room for the Witnesses and divided

One of the Indictment Offices in consequence of the
above will require Alteration

That a long [..] Ventilator similar to that at the Old Bailey
be fixed over the Arena of the Court

That there should be a Partition across each End of
the Justices Bench which may occasionally open

That the Arena of the Court Should be so altered and
divided as to Keep the Space open between the Bench and the Risoner.
That a Seal should be formed behind the Council for the Attoinies and
a Separate way for the Council Etc to come into the Court

That a Leaden Sink and Wast Pipe should be placed
in the Clerk of the Peace 's Apartments

And That a Binn and Riddle should be put up for
the use of the House Keeper.

All which the Committee Submit Etc
