Humbly appeal to this Court from
the same and pray that the
Benefit of their said Appeal
may be saved unto the in that the
hearing and determining there of
may be adjourned untill the next
General Quarter Session of
the peace to be held in and
for the said County That all
parties may be then ordered
to Attend and that your petitions
maythenhave Such relief
in the Premises as may be
