Appeal Setsforth that by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the Hands
and Seals of Herbert Mayo< no role > Doctor in Dwinity and William Blackmore< no role > Esqr two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace Acting in and for the said County (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the twenty Second day of March 1785 Richard Edmondson< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife and their
Son Benjamin< no role > of the Age of nine Years were removed from sd Parish of Saint George to said
Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel as the Place of then last legal Settlement whereby
Appellants Concerve themselves Aggrieved

The on his Oath Saith that about Seven years age he Rented a House in Rose Mary
Lane in the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel in the County of Middlesex and
Continued to live therein upwards of two Years at the Yearly Rent of £16 Per Ann and
paid all Taxis for the same And further that he hath not since done any Act whereby to
Galn a Subsequent Settlement in any other Parish or Place whatsover And Lastly that he
hath a Wife Named Mary< no role > and one Child Named Benjamin< no role > of the Age of Nine Years
