of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace , acting in and
for the City and Liberty of Westminster (One whereof being of
the Quorum) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. James , That Jane Nutkins
alias Hughes Widow of John Nutkins< no role > Alias
Hughes< no role > hath
lately intruded and came
into the said Parish of St. James , and is likely to become
Chargeable to the same: We, the said Justices, upon Exami-
nation of the Premises upon Oath, and other Circumstances,
[..] adjudge the Place
on the last legal Settlement of the said Jane Nutkins< no role > Alias
Jane Hughes< no role > to be in the Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to require
you, the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. James , on Sight hereof, to re-
move and convey the said Jane Nutkins< no role > Alias Jane
Hughes< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of St. James , to the said
Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
and her deliver unto the Church-wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them, together
with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, who are hereby
required to receive and provide for her according to Law.
