Middlesex

To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of
the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Kingston upon
[..] in the County of Surrey

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of under the Hands and
Seals of George Reid< no role > and William Hyde< no role > Esquires two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County one whereof being of the Quorum bearing Date
the thirty first Day of May last Sarah Andrews< no role > was removed
from the Parish of Saint MaryleBone in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Kingston upon Thames as
the Place of her last legal Settlement whereby Your
Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved and Humbly
Appeal therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly pray your
Worships that you will be pleased to hear them in the
Premises And order that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint MaryleBone
may appear before you at a Certain Day to be
Appointed to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of your Worships touching
this appeal

And Your Petitioners shall Pray Etc
