Whereas application being made to this Court by Isaac
Emmerton
< no role > one of the High Constables of Edmonton Hundred in this
County requesting to be discharge from his said office having
served in the same upwards of Sixteen Years And this same
being Satisfied in the premises and William Field< no role > of the
Parish of South Mimms Gentleman being Recommended by two
of his Majestys Justices of the peace for this County rending
and acting in the said Hundred as a fit and proper person
& serve the said Office This Court doth hereby appoint the
said William Field< no role > to be one of the High Constables within
the said Hundred in the place and Read of the said
Isaac Emmerton< no role > and the said William Field< no role > being present
how in his non proper person as open Court took his Oath
for the due Execution of his sd office And the said Isaac Emmerton< no role >
is hereby obsolutely discharged from his said Office.

By adjournment same day

The following Report from the Committee of Accounts by said before this Court
and Read Vizt.

here take in the Report

It is Ordered that the said Report be Confirmed

And it is further Ordered that the Clerk of the peace do issue
the proper Orders upon the Treasurer of this County for the payment of the
several forms of Money mentioned in the said Report
