To His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace holden
for the said County in the Month of April 1785 assembled

The Report of the Committee appointed to
"examine and adjust from time to time the
"Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of this
"County as well with respect to his Receipt as his
"Expenditures and also to examine Sand and it
"all demands of what nature or kind so ever
"made upon this County previous to the payment
"thereof"

The said Committee Report

That having taken into consideration the Order of
Referrance to them made at the last Session Vizt. To take and
"examine the Account of the late Charles Eyles< no role > Esqr. late Treasurer of
"this County of all Monies received and paid by him as such
"Treasurer and Receiver" and It appearing that The [..]
Edward Rudston Langdale< no role > is one of the legal Representatives of the said
Mr Eyles and Mr Daniel Hinley< no role > attending for the said Edward
Rudston Langdale the Committee proceeded to examine the
Accounts of the said Mr. Eyles by which it appears as follows Vizt.

Constable of the Tower Division being past of the
Money with which he was charged in Arrear in
the Settlement of Mr Bensons Account}

Hundred being the Arrear to the last County
