to be an Antient kings Highway they gave it up
and declined taking the Money That It can be proved
to be a Common Kings Highway from time in memorial
Upon the Paving Act for St Johns Parish
Passing The Commrs. paved it as a publick
Highway and on the Sessn House being binet they
allowed the Justices to do what they pleased
wth the Ground

Resolved That Notice be given to Mr Boodle
agt. to Lord Northampton & Mr Longston of
that they may attendthe next Meeting of this
Committee that they may be present to support
their Claims to the Ground in Question of they think
fit That Mr Justice Blackborow be requested
to attend at the same time.

Resolved there the Meeting of this
Commerce be adjourned tie the 6th
Day of May at the same Place
