To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices
of the peace in and for th County of a
Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the
peace assembled

The humble Petition of the Church wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of West Drayton
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or pass warrant under
the hands and Seals of Sir Sampson wright< no role > and william Addington< no role >
Esquire two of His Majesty's Justices of the peace in and for the said
County (one of them of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty sixth day
of February last Hannah Gunning< no role > (wife of James Gunning< no role > a Taylor
absent from her and her male Child by her said husband named
James< no role > of the age of two years and four months or thereabouts were
removed and conveyed from the said Parish of Stanwell in the
County of Middlesex to the said parish of West Drayton as the place
of their last legal settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved in that part of the said Order which adjudges the last legal
Settlement of the said Hannah Gunning< no role > and James Gunning< no role > her son
to be in the said parish of west Drayton .

Your Petitioners therefore appeal against
the said order and Humbly pray relief in
the premises And that your worships will
be pleased to appoint some day in the present
Session for the hearing this their said Apopeal

And your Petitioner shall ever pray etc.
