which has been approved of in the General
Quarter Sessn. of the peace & Sessn. of
Oyer & Terminer Vizt.

It is Recommended "That His
"Majesty's Justices of the Peace of this County
"do take Care that no Pson who keeps a
"Publick Alehouse be sworn before them
"into the Office of Petty Constable or
"Headborough: and also to suppress
"every Beadle within their respective Divisions
"that Keeps an Alehouse asseable to the
"Order of Session of Febry 1694."
