the Duty of the
Clk & Deputy Clk
of the Peace


"Whereas of late Years large Bills and
"Demands have been annually made on this
"County for what has been called Extra Business
"of the Clk of Clarks at Courts & Committees It is
"Therefore Moved That this Court do [..]
"appoint an Adjourned Day to take into
"Consideration the Propriety or impropriety
"of such Demands and also the Duty of the
"Clerk & Deputy Clerk of the Peace of
"His County respecting such Business"
which being seconded was carried [..] in
the Affirmative.
