of the poor of the parish of Saint Clement East Cheap
in the City
of London
Sheweth
That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of JGirdler Esquire

Esquire two of his Majestys Justices of the peace
acting in and
for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the second Day of September

eighty four

deceased was removed
from the parish of Saint Luke in the said County of Middlesex
to the
parish of Saint Clement East Cheap
in the said City of London
adjudging
the said last mentioned parish to be the place of her last legal
Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to this Court against
the Adjudication of the said two Magistrates and their said
Order And pray that your worships will please to appoint
a Day for the hearing and determining of this appeal
And to order that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of Saint Luke and all
persons concerned do then attend this Court to hear and
abide the Judgment and Determination of your Worship
in the premises. And your petitioners shall ever pray
