Smith
< no role > for feloniously stealing
a Quantity of Iron

William Smith< no role > of the Parish of Saint John
Wapping in the County of Middlesex Mast Maker
and William Cook< no role > (foreman to the said William Smith< no role > )
of Wapping aforesaid severally make Oath and say And
first this Deponent William Smith< no role > for himself saith
That he Entered in to Recognizance before Mr. Justice Green
to prosecute the said William Russell< no role > for the felony
aforesaid at the last January session when this Deponent
attended and puferred his Bill against the said William
Russell
< no role > which being found a true Bill this Deponent
attended this honorable Court from Day to Day in order
to prosecute the Prisoner When the Trial of him was put
off till the then next February Session & now last past on
Account of his the said Prisoner's being so dangerously by ill
as not to be able to be removed or take his Trial And this
Deponent William Cook< no role > for himself saith That he did
also Enter into Recognizance before the said Justice to
give Evidence of the felony aforesaid against the said
William Russell< no role > and that he did accordingly attend with
the prosecutor at the said January Session to give Evidence
before the Grand Inquest and also before this honorable Court
