the Trial of the said William Ryan this
present October Session which for the reasons the
Contained was ordered accordingly And this
Deponent further saith that at this present
Session of Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery
held at the Old Bailey in and for the City of London
an Indictment was preferred and found against
the said William Ryan for taking a false Oath
with intent to obtain Letters of administration
to the Effects of the said John Harrison< no role > deceased
in order to receive the Wages due for the service
of the said deceased contrary to the Statute in
that he half made upon which Indictment [..]
said William Ryan was arraigned tried and
convicted And this Deponent lastly saith that [..]
the said William Allman< no role > and Thomas Harrison< no role >
were severally sworn to give Evidence [..]
before the Grand Jury upon the said Indictment
and did also severally appear and give Evidence
on the Trial of the said William Ryan
