Instant he Received the Letter hereunto Annex which
he Actually thought was or Spa. to appear at the
Session House to Appear and give Evidence Agst.
the said Thomas Ryan< no role > until this Deponent Was
Informed to the Contrary by a person who read to
this Deponent the said Letter hereunto annexed And this
[..] Deponent further said that he did not wilfully
neglect to appear and prosecute the said Thomas
Ryan but the same was Occasionced through the
Ignorence of this Deponent and Not Otherwise and
this Deponent further saith he wantd have
prosecuted the said Thomas Ryan if he had known
or understood [..] how she was so to do
