OFFICE OF CLERK OF THE PEACE,
Session-House, Clerkenwell-Green,
4th October, 1784.

You were bound to appear and prosecute Thomas Ryan< no role >
at Septr. Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited ; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer, from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying 20
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels ; unless Care be taken
to Stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the Session-House aforesaid
on Monday the 18th Day of October Instant.
