To the Right Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex at their General Session Assembled

The humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Chosely in the County of Berks

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals of two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (whereof one is
of the Quorum) bearing date the fifteenth day of April now last past
Richard Cornwall< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife were on the Nineteenth day
of the same instant. April removed from the Town of Uxbridge in the said
County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Chosely in the said County
of Berks as the last legal place of their Settlement By which your
Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved and appeal to this Court
against the said Order

Your Petitioners therefore pray your Worships will be
[..] leased to hear and determine the Matter touching this
Appeal and give them such relief in the Premises as to
Your Worships shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever pray
