To the Right Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles Camberwell in the County of Surrey

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of John Bosworth< no role > and John Barnfather< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the Twenty eighth day of February 1784 Waller Moseley< no role > a
Singleman aged about 30 years a Lunatick was removed from the Parish of Saint Mary le bone in the
said County of Middlesex unto the Parish of Saint Giles Camberwell
alledging the said Parish of Saint Giles Camberwell to be the place of his
last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices, do
Therefore Appeal to your Worships therefrom and humbly
pray that you will be pleased to hear them in the Premises
and Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary le bone in the
County of Middlesex may appear before you on a certain
day to be appointed to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of your Worships touching the
Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
