To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in the General Sessions of the Peace for
said County assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
[..] Garlickhithe in the City of London on Behalf of
[..] said parish

[..] an Order under the Hands and Seals of H
[..] Physic and Charles Triquet< no role > Esquire two of
[..] Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
[..] of the Quorum) bearing Date the fifth Day
[..] 1784 James Young< no role > was removed and conveyed
[..] Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the Said
[..] Middlesex to the Parish of Saint James
[..] in the City of London as the Place of his last
[..] whereby your Petitioners Conceive
[..] aggrieved

That your Petitioners apprehending the said Parish of
[..] Garlickhithe to be aggrieved by the said
[..] therefore humbly appeal to your Worships against
[..] pray Relief in the Premisses and that your
[..] will be pleased to hear and determine this your
Petitioners Appeal at this present General Session of the
[..] Order that all Persons concerned may attend to
[..] the Determination
