To the Worshipful William Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . Chairman
and the rest of His Majesty's Justices of the peace in and
for the said County of Middlesex General Session of the peace
Assembled

The Humble petition & appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
said Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel in the said County.

That by virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under the
[..] Beete and S: Leroux Esquires two of His Majesty's
[..] for the said County bearing date the 19th day of Febry
[..] Joseph Sherwood< no role > Ann< no role > his Wife & their Child named Mary< no role > Aged about
[..] & Conveyed from & out of the parish of Saint Luke in the
[..] to the said parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
[..] legal settlement of the said Joseph Sherwood< no role > and his

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves to
be aggrieved by the Order & Adjudication of the said two
Justices Humbly Appeal to this Court from the
same & pray relief in the Premises and that a day
may be appointed this present Sessions for the hearing
& Determining thereof and that all parties
concerned may be then Ordered to attend
