That by virtue of a Pass warrant or order under the hands and seals

of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex
(whereof one is of the
Quorum) bearing date the 2d day of January One thousand seven
hundred and eighty four

was removed
and conveyed from the Parish of St. Andrew
holborn above the Bars
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint George
Hanover square
in the Liberty of Westminster
in the said County
as the place of her last legal settlement whereby your Petitioners think
themselves aggrieved and appeal to this Court against the same
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray relief in the Premises
and that a day in this present Session may be appointed for
the hearing and determination of the said Petition and
Appeal.
