To the Worshipful his Majesties Justices of
the Peace of the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Session of the Peace of the
Session House Clerkenwell Green in the said
County Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal
of the Church Warden and Overseer of
the Poor of the Parish of Upwell in the
County of Norfolk .

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or
Order under the hands and Seals of J: Slade and Henry
Lough
< no role > Esquires two of it is [..] Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex one whereof being of the Quorum
bearing dale the fifteenth day of November last Mary< no role >
Middlesex and three of her Children Vizt. Susannah < no role >
Aged about five Years Edward < no role > aged about four Years
and William < no role > Aged about three Years were removed and
conveyed from the Hamlet of Hammer smith in the Parish
of Fulham on the said County of Middlesex to the said
Parish of Given at the Place of their last legal
Settlement whereby your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against the Said Order
and pray that your Worships will
Please to Appoint some Day in this Present
Sessions for the Hearing and determining
the said Appeal and that all Parties
concerned do then attend this Court.

And your Petitioners will pray Etc
