Maketh Oath that the said Mr.
White having been empleyedbyas Attorney for the said
Defendant he the said Mr. White did at the last General
Session put in Bail for the said Defendant And the said
Mr. White having some Material Business to be done at
Canterbury
in the County of Rent did go down to Canterbury
as aforesaid and the said Mr. White Not returning in due
time to give Notice of Tryal and this Deponent being
unacquainted with the Nature of this business omitted the
giving proper Notice of Tryal as aforesaid And this
Deponent further saith that the persons who have
here to fore become Bail for the [..] said Defendant
are consenting to Remain Bail for the said Defendant
