[..] in Jenkins the Prosecutor above named
maketh Oath that on Thursday last about Seven of
the Clock in the Evening he was Served with the
Annexed Notice of Trials of this Cause to Come
on for Trial this Day and this Deponent saith
he is Informed and Verily beleives the abovenamed
Defendants not with standing their said Notice delivered
to this Deponent have not nor hath Either of them
Entered as yer a Venire in this Cause by which
Comission he this Deponent hath Sustained Damaged
by having his Four Witnesses here Attendant on this
Court at a great Expence to him this Deponent.
