Moor

Thomas Moore< no role > of Nightingale Lane
in the parish of St John Walking in the County of
Middlesex Carpenter Maketh Oath that the said
George Young< no role > having on the second day of January
Instant Assaulted this Deponent; this Deponents
caused the said George Young< no role > to be apprehended
for the same, when he Entered into a Recognizance
for his appearance at the present Session. And
this Deponent further Saith that he hath at this
present Session of the Peace holden for the County
aforesaid Indicted the Said George Young< no role > which is
returned by the Grand Jury to be a true Bill
Notwithstanding which the said George
Young
< no role > hath not as yet appeared or pleaded
there to as this Deponent hath been informed
and verily believes

Sworn in Court
this 17th day of January
1784}
