is Informed and believes as that Notice

Attorney for the Prosecutor in this Cause
who on the Same Friday Returned the
said Notice to this deponents Attorney
as not being given in Due time and this
deponent not knowing the Prosecutors
Place of abode could not apply to him
for his Concent to Such Notice of trial
and Saith this deponent did not
know that it was Necessary to give
Notice of Trial previous to Such trial
un till this deponent was to Informed
on Friday last and not before
