is Informed and believes as that Notice

who on the Same Friday Returned the

as not being given in Due time and this
deponent not knowing the Prosecutors
Place of abode could not apply to him
for his Concent to Such Notice of trial
and Saith this deponent did not
know that it was Necessary to give
